He's just trying to distract us by letting hospitals respond if necessary! It's all designed to overwhelm the system for the 2010 elections! BIG TIME!!!?!!?! Why can't he just deny the rumors that there's a flu going around? Is this just part of the death panels? Why are they trying to kill Grandma???? Don't use vaccines, they're not a fact of life!
